Story Rewards CL6 vs. CL7?

Any good overview that I can't find?
I know the 4* progression cover isn't available in CL6 but apart from that - what are the differences?

Also keep in mind that the alliance cover in CL6 only goes to the top 50 alliances. With the extra points now available from the 5* node in cl7-9 it might be difficult to score high enough for a t50 alliance if you are in CL6. 

Maybe you don't have Star Lord so it's a moot point, but it's worth mentioning in case others are in the same boat and thinking about dropping down.
