clean slate crash

Has anyone ever experienced completing a battle and come back to the game in "new player" mode? I had this happen the day of the server outage last week. Customer Service is providing no technical explanation and no assurances it won't happen again. 

This caused me to lose top progression for one event and stuck in CL1 of another event (sorry to the newbies that I took placement awards from)



Explanation of my crash:
First fight in PvE node after server outage was easily won. I expected the normal 100 iso node clear. It went to blue reward scene. Nothing poked up. Thought maybe another outage. A few seconds later I was in newbie mode. new mission sound playing and everything. CS fixed about 18 hours later, required I start a node in PvE event (forced CL1) after restoring account after that I was then stuck in the ISO 8 Brotherhood event at CL1.
