Wildfire Eternal Afflict bug

The creature Wildfire Eternal doesn't deal it's Afflict damage. 

In a TG match against Liliana, the Last Hope I was using Chandra,  the Roaring Flame. I had Wildfire Eternal out that I had targeted with Giant Spectacle making it a 6/9 with Trample, Berserker,  and Afflict. The opponent had Prized Amalgam that had been reinforced and Liliana's Mastery making the their Zombie a 6/6 Defender.

My creature attacks and they don't take 6 damage from the afflict ability but combat damage is normal Amalgam and Wildfire both take 6 damage and Amalgam dies.

It's the only afflict creature I've seen not dealing afflict damage. 

It couldn't be because of Berserker or Defender because I've seen both cases with other afflict creatures and it worked right.
