@Brigby @LakeStone Hey there. There's a couple unclear things going around my coalition that you may be able to clear up, figured I'd shoot 'em over to you.

1. It is rumored that Elite Pack Re-Rolls are reduced to 2. Is this true? Speaking of Elite Packs...
2. The Elite Pack available for purchase is a duplicate of a previous Elite Pack, which happened the Elite Pack before as well. Can this trend be expected to continue?
3. The cards that were available in the past weekend's promotion with twice the drop rate are not available in current HOU packs for purchase. When can we expect the last cards of the HOU set to be available in booster packs?

Thanks again for being a channel for all the players, any info you may offer will be appreciated.

    Hi @Krishna

    1) The Elite Pack Re-Roll Policy is subject to any potential change, so I'd recommend sending in a support ticket to inquire with Customer Support about its current standing.
    2) You can actually read about this topic discussion HERE. The development team is aware of this occurrence, and are investigating how it will be addressed.
    3) You can read about this topic discussion HERE. The development team is also aware of this, and they are working on implementing the additional releases into the booster packs. They should be added within the next week or two.

    Here is the answer for #2 for anyone interested and not willing to go through the comment section:

    Hi Everyone. I discussed this matter with the team, and I'm afraid that developing and implementing new Elite Packs will unfortunately be one of the various features delayed during the transition to the new team.

    Instead of having no Elite Packs available to players at all though, the team has decided to continue this trend of repeating the previous rotations. If you are a player that already has most of the cards in those rotations, I'd recommend holding onto your Mana Jewels for a new set in the future, otherwise please enjoy the additional opportunity at collecting more cards from these rotations.

    We will continue to work hard to complete this transition period as fast and efficiently as we can. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    @Brigby any change in the reroll policy should also be announced here as well, in advance. We shouldn't have to file a ticket to find out about major policy changes.

    Agreed. I understand the need to be careful about what is said, but MORE needs to be said. We need reassurance right now. It doesn't have to be complete and total final answers, just MORE than what we currently have.
