Work on maxing Punisher, or wait for more 3 star covers?

Hey, guys. I'm currently in the transition between a solid 2 star team to one with 3 stars, and right now, the only 3 star I have with a full amount of covers is Punisher. I'm currently sitting on 60k's worth of ISO, but I'm unsure if I should dump it all into him (he's currently level 115) or wait and try to gain more covers for my other 3 stars (possibly using the 3200 HP I have no other use for since I don't want to gamble, especially since they've removed guaranteed 3 stars from the packs). I ask this because I just don't know if having a fully leveled 3 star is good when the rest of your team consists of fully leveled 2 stars (that's a good 56 level difference).

Level your Punisher. You have to start the transition to 3* territory at some point and he'll get along with your 2* characters as well as anyone else.

If you had more Iso and were willing to spend HP for covers, I would've recommended buying two yellow LThor covers, and pushing him to L115 (which, from L28, takes 107K Iso). As it stands, don't buy covers, and level Punisher.

You can't go wrong with L141 Punisher. He's a solid 3*. Pair him with your OBW, and use Espionage to double-tap his strike tiles.

I'd listen to what others have to say over me in regards to whether getting one guy to 141 is more important than getting another 3* up to usable level, but I do have one useful point to add. Your LazyThor has 9 covers which should put its level cap at 92 (my 1/4/4 was 92, and I don't think 1/3/5 should be different, but not sure). At that level his match damage won't be quite as good as your 85s (which only really effects yellow since Punisher covers green and red probably anyway), but his abilities will still pack a huge punch, especially that 5 cover Call the Storm. Retribution will always be better for you over Mjolnir's Might, but that's not a big deal I don't think. The only problem I see is that LT and Pun will fight over green, so it might not be your best option.

Anyway, just saying it might be worth bringing LT up to 92, as he could potentially make the team. The difference between 141 and 115 is almost surely greater than the difference between 92 LT and your next best 2* though, so for the immediate future you're likely best off leveling Punisher.

I would definitely go with a maxed Punisher.
He is a such a great tool box and helps me a lot in my current game. I run punpun/OBW/Thor and hit conistantly Top10 in PvP and progress well in PvE.
As Northern Polarity stated, a maxed 3* is a good percentage better than a lvl 100 3* or maxed 2*. And you got the ideal coverage for Punisher to wreck everything and everyone. My guess would be running Punisher/Wolvie/OBW and adjust your PvP approach to racking up covers.
It would be a great investment (not even speaking from the fun you get by executing tons of ppl with Judgement ) to your overall progression.

On a different note, when you are not put off by the thought of investing HP in ability boosts, I would try to set LT with 3/4/5 as a next option, keeping in mind, that LT is easy to learn and to handle + really good power level.

From what I have read on this board I would max Punisher before investing in a second 3 star. Just be patient and bank iso until you have one other 3 star covered out naturally. Or invest HP if you are 1 or 2 covers away. Eventually you will level Thor but I would wait until you have 5 Yellow since that is huge.
