Level up Moonstone or save the Iso-8? (Roster Advice)

I'm wondering what I should be focusing on in my roster. All of my characters are leveled up as far as I can get them until more covers come in, except for Moonstone who is level 6 and 5/5/3. I've never found her to be a threat when facing off against her but apparently she does go nicely next to Ares. Is she worth the iso to level her up (70,000 iso) or should I just save the iso I get to instantly upgrade characters as soon as a new cover comes in?

Or are there any 1-star characters that would help me out or have I outgrown them at this point? Thanks for any help!

You've outgrown your 1* and most of your 2* roster fr general use. I'd save the ISO for when you get more GSBW and other 3* covers unless there's a featured character in a PVP or PVE that you want to give a boost to.

Don't level her. At one point I got stuck and leveled her to 85. I love her play style but it's too gimmicky most of the time. Until she's reworked she's just bad tier. I've used her like twice and it was only because of buffed DA tournaments.

Do not level Moonstone. You already have 8 maxed 2* and a L80 Ares, and among them you've got the 5 strongest 2*s. That's more than enough to tide you over to 3* land. You'll be hurtin' for Iso once you start getting 10+ covers in a couple of 3*s.

Moonstone isn't horrendous, but that's the best thing you can say about her.

Thanks a lot for the suggestions. I wasn't really looking forward to leveling her up, that's why she's still so low. The few times she has been buffed in events I still had characters I preferred over her.
I'll hang onto her incase something dramatic happens which makes her viable but until then she can sit at the bottom of my pile. Thanks again!

Yeah, I'm with the other guys. I have an 85 moonstone (because I can't get covers to max out any other good 2*s)... 1k+ damage for 8AP isn't awful, but she's so conditional... Her purple is her only exemplary power. Red is decent but you generally want to have someone with a better red power, black is completely worthless. If she was your only other 2* character, then go ahead and do it... But it's pretty clear that she isn't. Holy moly, you're asking that with THAT roster?!
