Ghost Rider Penance Stare Not Working.....

I don't know but like the topic says. I go to fire his penance stare and nothing happens. Please fix.

Before you fire it, the ability description will tell you how much damage the targeted enemy has dealt your team thus far in the match. If the number is zero, then it will have no effect.

Also keep in mind that if you switch targets, the number in the previous tooltip will no longer apply; the damage has to have been specifically dealt by the current target.
