Hair Meddle bug?

In playing Fly-Fight-Win this morning I used Medusa, Carnage, and of course Carol. My opponents were Carol, Bl4de, and honestly I don't remember the 3rd. Anyway, Blade had dropped a couple swords and I had just gotten enough purple to launch Hair Meddle. Of the 2 tiles on the board only one was moved. After the board settled, that tile did not convert. This isn't the first time I noticed that not happening and wonder if it is something that others had witnessed as well.

Is this a bug or just something I am completely misunderstanding about her power?

    [This is a known bug, although the subject line just called it "Medusa purple", which would explain not finding it in a search.  Locking this thread.  Added name of skill to the active thread.]
