Yes, I was bored and played with the ridiculously overcosted Dwarves: Depala; Motorist; Specialist, that do nothing compared to other cards that are MUCH cheaper. I can confirm that Veteran Motorist does NOT draw a card... ever. I cast 4 and drew 0 cards each time.
