Enemy OBW Aggressive Recon not working as advertised

This has happened to me twice--once a few weeks ago and once yesterday (causing me to lose the match).

I'm in PVP and facing a team that has OBW with 5 purple covers, meaning Aggressive Recon should cost 11 AP and steal 4 AP of each color. However, when the AI triggers the move it acts like there are only two purple covers--it only costs 7 AP and steals 3 AP of each color. After this happened I double-checked the description under the character profile and it showed that the move should have cost 11 AP and should have stolen 4 AP of each color.

Has this happened to anyone else?

    Happened to me today too.

    The enemy OBW has AR at 11 but during a match, she used AR on me when she only had 9 pink tiles. I was so pissed that I did not notice how many tiles she had stolen....

    This just happened to me again--the description for the enemy OBW shows 5 covers (11 AP) but she used the move for 7 AP (2 covers) and store 3 of each color.

    It caused me to lose the match. I want my 23 points back.
