How do I undo/cancel a ticket?

So during the current event, I hit 120. I never got my booster pack so I placed a ticket. I played another game and hit 124 and got the booster. Other than wait what do I do? I have never filed a ticket before and since I have 395 unobtainium, I just feel I will soon be placing another ticket because of a dupe ( if I understand the current policy).
