Can't Find VIP Button in Main Menu

in MPQ Bugs and Technical Issues
Hey, I am a new player on MPQ. My question is where I can find the VIP button in the main menu to buy VIP? I have reinstalled, restarted my phone with no success. I will attach a screenshot of the main menu in this post.

    On my phone, it's at the top, in the middle, right between the arrow icon for your daily resupply and the Heroes for Hire (currently Punisher). Not sure what might be interfering with that.

    Is VIP linked to rank requirements? Maybe that's the issue

    I think there's a player rank requirement, but I haven't been able to find it documented.  That rank requirement might be level nine -- I'm pretty sure some feature is unlocked at level nine.

    From official help pages on S.H.I.E.L.D. Rank:
    What does S.H.I.E.L.D Rank unlock?

    • Story events will require S.H.I.E.L.D Rank 2.
    • Alliance membership will require S.H.I.E.L.D Rank 3.
    • Versus events will require S.H.I.E.L.D Rank 5.
    Over time, we’ll be adding new features to the game that will unlock with higher S.H.I.E.L.D Rank!

    Unfortunately, this list hasn't been updated in a while, but I think there are at least a couple other features tied to levels: champion characters, and VIP membership.
