Ok, here’s the deal. When MPQ goes full screen, you can still see the Android “Home, Back and Tab” buttons on the bottom. That happens when your android phone has On screen navigation. (not physical navigation buttons).
Usually apps make the on screen navigation buttons disappear. It’s called “Immersive Mode”.
MPQ doesn’t and it would be great if it did!
