SCL8 2* essential node scaling

With the new scaling system, seems that the 2* essential node goes once again way too high, topping out at 250 while you're stuck with a basically useless character. Needs to be toned down a little, by 50 levels or so.

    I noticed this too. All three of my essential nodes started and ended with the same level enemies. Don't know if this is working as intended, but it seems like there should be a little difference.

    The 2* node should have kept the cap on it that had been put on some time ago. If it continues scaling up through SCL 9 and 10, the essential character just becomes more and more of a liability, and when there are several times (like recently during Meet Rocket and Groot) when the 2* node was actually more difficult to deal with than either of the other two. Stupid Infiltration spamming, blue-fed Mystique.
