Day 7, still no account

they had an update, 

they wiped my account, 

they did nothing, other than ask for a screenshot, of the new account, 

then they told me my account was wiped...

wich is why i put in a ticket in the first place...

any dev, any tech support read the forum?

when will they do something other than ask for a screenshot ?

its unacceptable I should be able to talk to someone, but they only have a bot, asking for a screenshot...

is tech support off for the summer ?

would be nice to get at least an answer from them...

i sent all my receit, but still they just ask for a screenshot....

where are they? do they know how to use a computer to answer to emails?

we are on day 7, i cant take it anymore...
