Heroic Chapters

So, when these come out, are the Heroic modes going to be unlocked all at once, one every few days, on a timer like the red-iso event, or what? Not sure if this was answered somewhere already. Guess I'll scour around and delete this if I find anything.

    From the R41 patch notes:
    - Heroic Mode: Harder versions of previous Chapters with improved challenges and rewards. Coming up first will be a revamped Juggernaut.

    I read that as they would be releasing one at a time. Haven't seen anything else.

    Edit: Juggernaut heroic is up as a timed event, so that's been answered now.
