Turn off Auto Cast prompt.

If I decline to cast a spell I get the prompt to turn off Auto Cast. It doesn't happen every match but it does happen at least every event and seems to happen daily. It's super annoying. Edit* I think it happens once per node per event.

    Funny enough - it also happens when the ai decides not to cast a spell!
