where is tech support

is there actually a tech support, all i have been getting for the past 3 days is the same email telling me to login with facebook and say yes to overwrite account....the problem is after that, it is freezing while fetching player events...
all tech support has been doing is sending me the same generic email and asking for the same info over and over again...
please help !!!!
