I got 7 in game CP just now upon booting up with the message:

I like it. But what's it about?

    Missing cp from a purchase most likely.

    They always put cute text on any CS issued comp. Don't read anything into it.

    Someone in your alliance bought the 100 dollar option.  I think they are called the stark pac??  Any way thats probably why you got the 7.  There is a dude or lady dude in our alliance that buy one of those a week.  

    I have a theory though its someone from the company who joined our alliance just to give out cp and monitor alliance and stuff.
