no account, nothing done by tech support

dont know if im the only one in this situation, but with the update i dont have access to my account, it been more than 72 hours, still nothing, i did get an answer from tech support, but all they want is a screen shot, i gave them all the info they need but they wouldnt do anything without a screenshot, then i finally was able to get to the screen needed, had to uninstall and reinstall, redo the tutorial, then it would crash again, etc...now i sent everything, im still waiting, i dont understand why nothing is being done, i have had issues on many games before, and within an hour i had an answer..and the problem was fixed, now all i do is wait, and no one is telling me anything, what is up with tech support, they broke the game with  the update...they should make a fix that sorts out the problem for everyone, not do it one by one...and it would be nice if there was a post explaining what happened and what is the plan to compensate for everything that was lost...3 days without playing....i cant even imagine all the xp all the cards and everything i could have gotten...


i hope tech support does something at some point, it is unaceptable to wait 24 hours everytime they ask for something, that they already have....

its a good game, but they have to sort out tech support....its the worst i have ever seen, and i have been gaming for many years...and had to deal with a lot of tech support...but never was the experience so bad...

please do something for my account...

    Hey I know how you feel. Same thing happened to me. Then they finally restored it, but restored it to the same wrong account (the only reason they were different was because I collected the free cards just in case they couldn't get my old save back). But now it's not worth even doing that because if they restore it to the wrong save again I will keep losing everything and can't EVEN start from the beginning. Right now I sent a second screen shot, this time of the second wrong save they gave me. They did tell me straight out that it can take up to 72 hours to respond to ANYTHING I SAY TO THEM. Even if they ask me to respond. It's now Saturday evening where I'm at and this happened to me on Tuesday afternoon; mind you I spent a bunch of cash I saved up for this game on SUNDAY. You can probably relate to the level of distrust and betrayal I feel having spent all the money I saved just to have my save erased two days later, and then five days after that it's still not resolved. There are currently two other threads I've seen here discussing the same thing; so just know you are not alone. And expect every single interaction and step you have with them take about 24-48 hours, because that has been my experience so far. Last contact I had with them was yesterday evening, and I still keep checking.
