Has the Rare / Mythic rate changed since the server crash?

I ask this as I bought a Premium Pack for HOU,
3 Mythic / 2 Rares (incthe guarenteed)

Also grabbed the 2 Premium and white pack.
Pulled Angel of Sanctions out the white pack !?
Prem 1 = 2 Myth, 1 rare
Prem 2 = 5 Rare

I've never seen this drop rate ever......I LIKE IT !

    2 premium packs. 5 rares. I don't think it's changed, your just really lucky.

    yeah, you ve been lucky this time. I bought 2 packs from hou and only 3 rares total. last week I pulled hearth of kiran and 2 gods the same day. I think rates are as before

    Since they don't publish the drop rates, it would be hard to discern this without significantly more data.
