"Something Went Wrong" Error - Update (7/28/17) [Fixed]

Hi Everyone,

As many of you might be aware, there were several recent events where players encountered a "Something Went Wrong" error, preventing them from continuing. The moment the development team became aware of this, they immediately began working on identifying the issue, and implementing a fix today.We sincerely apologize for any frustration and confusion this situation might have caused.  

As a thank you for your patience and understanding, we will be re-running Hour of Revelation this weekend. In addition, we will also be sending an in-game gift to anyone that had entered one of the events and been unable to continue, due to the error.

Update: Apologies for the confusion. Hour of Revelation is the event that will be re-run this weekend. For those that encountered this issue with Trial of the Planes, please submit a support ticket, and Customer Support will be able to assist you with reimbursement of the entry fee.

Update 2: A gift of 50 Mana Crystals has been sent out for the recent issues with the events.
