Notifications are busted.

I'm playing on an iPhone 7, I started a couple of weeks ago. (Technically in November, but I didn't play for a long time.)

Even before the latest update, I rarely got all the notifications. The game would frantically remind me that my Planeswalkers were ready to rumble again, but in a couple of weeks I only saw a notice about a booster pack being available once.

This has continued and gotten worse after the new update. Now I only get notifications for things that aren't even true. I don't get the "Your Planeswalkers are ready to fight!" anymore. This morning, I did get, "You have something available to pick up!" But I didn't. My vault was empty. My booster was still 10 minutes away. There wasn't anything, anywhere. I did have a red dot on my vault. It didn't go away no matter what I did. I thought that was in the release notes as fixed?

This is especially frustrating now that I'm expected to peek in every 2 hours to pick up my "booster" card.
