4* Thor yellow not doing enough damage

Either the description is wrong, or it's not working right. Description says does 4357damage to enemy team. But when I fire it off, the damage is only 2300-ish.

    Additional info: looks like her yellow power is being affected by FRIENDLY shield tiles.  The more shields *I* have, the weaker her power is. ??!?
