Weighing cards

One of the strategies in paper magic that hasn't translated well to this game is the option to weigh your draws by including multiples of the core cards and less of the support cards. Would it be possible to have the 10 card deck, adding copies of the cards up to 15 cards for weighing and then construct the 40 card deck based on that. Add some extra strategy and probability manipulation to the game.
