Black vortex boost list

Hello, I just checked black vortex boosted list and was quite sad that it was not updated to include new rarities of existing characters:
Carol 4*
Gamora 4*
Rocket and groot 4*
Starlord 3 and 5*

Is there a good reason for this? I thought they were really plausible candidates for this boost list.

    I haven't really ever paid attention to off season events but it says join forces with xmen and guardians but then Nova and Carol are boosted characters but no Cyclops or Prof X?? I'm confused what black vortex even is now.

    It is poor foresight that the new guardians aren't boosted. I was looking forward to a 4*Groot, Carol team
