Sinister Six Part Deux (anyone know start time?)

Is this starting at noon like most boss events?  Announcement just says "This event will start on Monday, July 24th and ends on Thusrday, July 27th".  I would expect if this was actually starting at in 1.5 hours we'd have an in-game preview by now...

I'm not tense, just asking a question...  Since they've had a boss event start any day but a Thursday (at least since I've been playing) I didn't want to assume a start time.  You know what happens when you assume....
