Scarlet witch aoe w/stun not targeting single hulk

As the name states.  Witches stun portion of her aoe seems random to hit a solo hulk.  So it randomly targets nobody.  Seems broke

    That is strange (not the doctor!)

    I have had no such issues with her. Was he already stunned? Because there emerged an issue with her stun not adding up to 5 turns if the target had already been stunned

    I had a similar issue yesterday with Riri Williams' Selfless Intervention not knocking a lone Hulk airborn.
