More efficient animations

Infrared Posts: 240 Tile Toppler
Many of the game's animations follow the format of showing the graphics + playing the sound, followed by a sometimes frustratingly long pause, followed by actually applying the power's effect on the board. The examples that really stand out are those that shuffle tiles around, like Loki's Illusions and Doc Ock's Manipulation.

1. Please get rid of the long pause in between the graphics animation and the board effect.

2. For board effects that take more than half a second, start applying the effect while the animation is still playing.
So while Loki is still standing there waving his staff, the board tiles have already begun their shuffle. Or while 1* Venom is striking a pose, the web tile is already being placed and the opponent is getting stunned.

3. For powers that place or buff special tiles, consolidate their effects into as few frames as possible. No need for Carnage or Professor X to place friendly and enemy tiles separately. If there are multiple goons with the same tile special tile power, play their effects either all at once, or at least in very rapid succession.

4. Don't lock the board at the start of the turn just because a non-board affecting passive skill has a banner out, or a sound effect is still playing. Let the player start making their move sooner.
