    Did we really need yet another thread on 5* scaling? Really? Why hasn't a mod killed this yet?

    The simple fix would have been to have 5* characters start at around level 150, which would have been in line with previous tiers (i.e. close to the max level of characters two tiers down).  They can't very well change that retroactively though.
