Will D3 remove a commander?

So, we have an inactive commander. I contacted D3 as the alliance creator asking them to remove him. I still haven't had a response. Had anyone ever went this route, and did D3 take care of it for you?

Yes and yes. Though it can take a few days to process it. If you have a ticket # you can PM D3PCS on here to see if they can expedite it.

Definitely yes. It just takes a bit as they need to review player history.

They took care of it last evening. Considering I requested it on a Friday, I'd say the response time was pretty good
