Current end times unfair to alliances

While travelling coast to coast in Canada I discovered an unfair advantage those in the Pacific time zone have over those in the Atlantic time zones...

Many of us play in a family of alliances with PVE and PVP focused teams.

Currently PVPs end 1 hr after PVE events... which means those on the west coast of North America can move from one alliance to another in the 1 hr window between 11pm and midnight allowing both alliance rewards.
Those on the east coast have an end time of 2 am/3am... this is not practical for most people and as a result gives certain time zones the benefit of two alliance rewards and others are limited to one... or go sleepless.

They should be split 12 hrs... Which hours? This is for alliance rewards... the hours do not matter but a 12 hour split would treat everywhere on the globe fairly.
