Duplicates not added [Solved]

multiole members of my coalition and myself have noticed duplicates opened and won aren't being added to our collections as additional duplicates.

dont know if this is new or an existing bug, but I would caution everyone against opening packs. Not much to be done about the progression rewards though, may as well have no final reward for ****.
