Booster Pack Premium Set Fail

I purchased an Amonkhet Premium Booster Pack Promo this morning for 300 Mana Crystals.  They site locked up on me.  I logged out and back in in hopes to get my packs for the chance of containing the newly released cards.    However, when I got back in, no new cards and I was 300 Mana Crystals Short.

 

Last time I made a Cash purchase and it failed, I received a message stating my purchase was recorded and will be available when the servers are reset.  That took Six Months.  I did get my purchase finally.  But this time, it would defeat the purpose of trying to get a chance of getting newly released cards if I have to wait six months again.

 

Can someone help?

Hi @Ebozz . I'm terribly sorry to hear that you experienced this issue. Would you mind sending in a support ticket with as much information as you can provide about the situation? They should be able to review your account, and assist you with your purchase.

Have you checked your card collection to see if you have any new cards? I only say this because I had a similar experience with a recent pack purchase.

But when I re-logged and checked my cards, I saw that the purchase had been added to my collection.

This has been a  somewhat common occurrence in the last month or so for people buying packs, and based on comments from others in my coalition, I had previously screenshotted my entire Amonkhet collection and was able to do a comparison of before and after the purchase.

Still worth filing a support ticket, but thought this might be something else you could do to check.

I did check my collection and I did not have anything new.  This has happened to me in the past as well with both cash purchases and regular crystal purchases.  What ends up happening is that those purchases sit in limbo until the service team resets the servers and I waited for six months.   In fact, right after the updates to Amonkhet is when they did go through.
