Updates to PVP rewards.

I wish grinding and sweating in PVP was a more reliable method for getting some decent ISO-8.
So that's my suggestion; better ISO-8 gainings from PVP.
The 70 ISO-8 rewards are futile. "It all adds up" - true but that's a slow add-up.
With increased PVE rewards (and also bonus rewards) I hope PVP rewards are next.
