Invisible Woman locked tile bug

Just played a match against Medusa with my lvl 274 3/5/5 Invisible Woman. Her Force Bubble power locked Medusa's Entanglement tile, causing Medusa to create a second Entanglement tile. And at the start of my opponent's next turn, the locked tile did not countdown, but both Entanglement tiles did damage. 

Am I missing something in the Force Bubble description, or is this a legitimate bug?

    Options
    The lock status should remove ALL direct effects or side effects of a special tile until unlocked. So if your observation was correct, this would indeed be a bug.

    Do be clear, the only part of that description that would be a bug is the locked Entanglement tile still dealing damage.
