An idea to help cover older characters.

This one is really simple. Add a 13th slot for a 4* to tokens, but have this 4* slot triggered to give only a bonus hero. 

This would both allow players to have an increased chance of covering older 4*s if they choose or simply set their BH to one of the latest 12 to change nothing for them.
