Reshuffling, Transform, and Claustrophobia

Transforming creatures can reshuffle the board mid-combat. This is problematic with cards like Suppression Bonds and Claustrophobia. I lost a game due the the following interaction:

Opponent has three creatures: Metalwork Colossus, Jori-En, and Startled Awake.

Metalwork Colossus is currently disabled due to my Suppression Bonds

Opponent's combat: Jori En attacks, Startled Awake attacks and transforms into Persistent Nightmare, opponent's board reshuffles, Jori En gets locked under Suppression Bonds, Metalwork Colossus attacks, I die.

Actually this is more likely due to reordering of disabled creatures. Did your opponent cast Jodi En first? When Colossus came out he goes to first slot due to defender and gets disabled. As a result of getting disabled he "loses" defender and gets re-sorted to slot two on next round. Repeat over time.

Transform probably plays a part but the base reordering comes from disabled creatures losing abilities.
