Crashes in events

Please fix crashes in events. It is frustrating enough to play against an AI that gains 150 mana per turn and summon three 310/310 double strike creatures each turn with deathtouch. But when you're about to win after a long duel and have the game crash? Feels like there's a team on the other end:

"Hey, we got a player here about to win against the Gods"
"Did you make sure the AI gets at least 7 cascades per round and 150 mana?"
"Yes, sir, but all the creatures are locked down with Cast Out"
"I thought I told you to make sure Cast Out only shows up once every 60 cards for the player?!?"
"Sorry sir, must have been a bug. Player will win in the next round if we don't do something."
"Hit the crash button for the player"
"Yes, sir!"

Have put in tickets for the last event I lost points and progression on for this sophomoric programming nonsense. No word, of course. Others in the coalition are noticing the same. I would like the progression points I would have got, kthxbai.

The crashes are of course not produced on purpose but are nevertheless problematic. I have to restart the game after every 5 or 6 matches in order to get as few crashes as possible but still sometimes they occur. I find it to happen mostly on servo-heavy matches, and thus I try to avoid using Tezzeret2 as much as I can.

    Iphone 5s here.

For me the problem is that we are punished (especially in events) even though it is not our fault. Bugs and crashes happen since I remember and there is still no system of reporting crushed rounds (unless I'm not aware). What is worse there is no system of compensation for these unpleasant experiences which should not happen it the first place. Like this for example:

While this is a bit dramatic, it sucks to lose a charge to a crash. I've experienced some doozies, but my favorite was when I got a freeze on the ribbons screen. Perfect match, game crashes, reopen and I have a planeswalker at zero health and I'm down a charge. That said, it's a game played over a server. Stuff happens. There's no shadow syndicate trying to make sure you don't beat the gods. If you really want to avoid crashes don't cycle cards and wait for the entire animation to finish before you go tapping on your screen. Most of my crashes were caused by me being impatient and opening my hand before my drakes are done spawning.

Yes, I was being dramatic, I recognize that.  My human frustration shining through (and trying to be funny).

It does seem to involve either cycling or a lot of supports on the field (Heart of Kiran X 4 with Saheeli).  I experienced the same crashes as SirChombli - tapping the screen on the cycling/drake spawn.  Brigby - if the devs don't already know this - please pass this along so they can fix.
