Ways to improve the meta for advanced players

After you've played a certain point, here are some possible ways that the meta could be improved. Your progress could count as for example:

* You've logged in over X times.
* You've reached a Shield Rank of X.
* You've championed over X 4*s.
* You managed to consistently hit a certain progression threshold in either PVE or PVP

Rewards could include:

* Standard tokens replaced with Elite tokens
* Add more 3* covers into 2* champion rewards
* Add more 4* covers into 3* champion rewards
* An expensive token that can be won through play that rewards guaranteed 3* or 4* 

That would help us with our 3* champion farms and occasionally win a few additional 4*s while we are hoarding in the hopes of getting another championed 5* some day.
