Lost progress

Hi
I lost all my progress this morning, when i try to use the facebook backup thing, it treats my as a new player and i have to go thru the "how-to" again, it was backed up to a facebook account, but seems like the save is gone.
i used this http://www.d3go.com/mpq-support link and asked them to roll back the account.
Can i do something besides wait?

I'm sorry to hear that you experienced this issue, however rest assured that since it was backed up to a Facebook account, Customer Support should be able to identify your profile and restore it for you. Hopefully they have already gotten in touch with you to begin the procedure.
