Suggestion: let me trade up for tokens.

8 standard = 1 elite
5 elite = 1 heroic
10 heroic = 1 LT

Standard tokens seem to give 80% 1 stars that only a very small group of people actually need.  Spending 8 standard tokens just makes me go hit 16 buttons to make 800 iso.

    Yeah, no.
    On LR days you can easily get something like 20-30 heroics.
    A 50 to 1 trade for LTs would be more realistic.

    well the numbers are just guesstimates ( I have never got 30 heroics in a few days.) mainly it's about standard tokens. You don't even have to go all the way to LT.

    I wouldn't say "easily".  It is easier for a certain portion of the player base who have the most powerful rosters, for whom I might argue that a 10-to-1 trade might not be out of line.  Weaker rosters reap some significant benefit from elites and heroics, but the really strong players pretty much need CP and LTs to make any significant advancement on their rosters.  I think the reward fits the scale, though the actual ratio is debatable.
