Phantom member in ally

We can't kick or see this person at all in Ally, they are just showing up when you view Ally scores. Also even with 20 people their score is added in Ally point screen although that doesn't show on main screen. It's just an annoyance but of course there is the worry it could somehow affect us when moving players. Anyone experienced this? Will they perhaps drop away when we start a new event?
If I recall it was a pending random we didn't let in.

This is a well known bug. Luckily it doesn't really affect he game. 

The more troublesome bug, is when you only have 19 members but the 20th cannot join since it show up as 20/20 in the alliance search. This is an issue if it happens towards the end of an event. As far as I can tell, only a ticket to customer service can fix this
