[interface/gfx] Weird overlay on an energized gem

I don't know how to recreate this, and I've only seen it once so far, but it's kinda weird though. 
One energized gem created an overlay over the cards in my hand.
Not really a big issue (rather you fix all the other bugs first) but at least you know it's there now.
