Lost all progress with the new update

I put in a ticket for losing everything within the game after the update. I received an auto generated answer. I provided everything required. I then put in a second ticket.  It has been 72 hours and no response. I am letting the devs know that if this issue is not resolved or all of the money I have put into the game refunded to me within 72 hours, I will be taking legal action against your company.
