Maintanece during event again = rewards lost again

Is it really so hard to understand that maintenance should not wipe out events?

    i think it's an OLD bug, when an Event ends (timed, not Boss Health ending)  The server lagged.  I usually wait a couple hours before I try to claim the reward.  

    This bug happened the same time when they had the Undergrowth Champion Immune to destroy spells.  (Both Bug is happening right now)

    It's a substantially negative game experience to be comfortably in the top 50 with 6 rounds left and then be locked out by maintenance again and when it comes back up you're #54.

    This isn't the first time it's happened either.  Why can't they wait until major events are over to push patches?

    Over and over again it's screamingly obvious that management doesn't play this game.

    In fact, it's pretty obvious that they don't play any game because no gamer I know would be satisfied with doing such a poor job.

    yeap.. just happen again.. Nodes of Power.  at 7:54AM  (event ends at  8:00AM PST)  "server error", "Something Wrong"  so WInning a Node doesn't count because of error.  

    Now in Perpetual spinning circle of "Fetching Player Event" or some other ****.

    This is Either a Server Issue or Programming issue.  OLD problem that D3 fixed before......

    Happened to me just now as well.  Trying to claim my last match and it just kept giving me connection errors until I got a server maintenance message. I had 10 minutes left till the event ended and I spent them all tapping "reconnect".

    and now I can finally get in.. I do'nt see any reward from my ranks.. nothing.

    I was suppose to get a Origin Rare at the rank I was at, (I believe).  Well no new Rare or Dupe, in my Card/Inventory screen.

    Me too... finishing with victory end in something wrong, no response from client, close and restarted app, no reward at all, also unclaimed booster pack received during event are lost somewere...

    Same thing happend when nodes of power ended for me this morning. Was top 100 and no reward. Closed out an reopened, nothing at activity hub.
