New player wits some questions about changing the order when they come out

Hi all, just started to play recently and would like to know if is possible to replace cards or change the order when they come out. for example I started on position 1 and 2 with support cards and position 3 with a creature. It is possible that the mana goes to the creature on position 3 instead of the support cards?. Thks ahead for ur help.

mana fills into the top card first. drag and drop
whichever card you want to fill to the 1st position.
if you haven't already, maybe you should go
through all of the different tutorials in story mode.
(there's free cards hidden amongst there)
