No confirmation email

ive sent in a few tickets over 5 days. I'm trying to do a latest 5* swap and I've heard nothing back from D3. Is there a direct email I should use? Any help would be great

    top of the page you'll see a button for support.  you can send CS a direct email.  If you didn't see a auto responder saying they got the email in the 1st 24 hrs, then they probably don't have the email.

    If you do have a ticket open, have patience in waiting for them to respond.  I've been told before that the ticketing system they use sorts by time since last update, and that includes customer replies to the ticket email, so repeated replies from you can actually move it down the list.
