Does the AI cycle cards?

I have never seen it. The question popped up recently in my coalition, so I'm just curiously asking around.
Has anybody experienced it?

    I've not seen it cycle cards, and I have seen it cast cards with cycling. So I'm inclined to say the AI never cycles cards.

    I've heard of one highly specific situation in which the AI allegedly cycled cards (though I don't remember the full details), but haven't seen or heard of any instances beyond that, and like others, I've witnessed the AI hard cast multiple cards with cycling in situations where that would be an illogical move, so for practical purposes it's probably safe to assume the AI is incapable of cycling.

    I've heard the AI is cycling cards from a couple sources but I won't believe it until I have seen it myself. It is possible the AI is supposed to cycle but is bugged to only cycle in certain situations (say, when Drake Haven is in play).
