Remove the "Heroes for Hire" Level limit for 4 stars Hero!!! (or lower the limit to level 20)!

Why can't I purchase 4 stars Hero???

I am level 20, and I already have several 4 stars Hero and I play with these everyday. And yet, Heroes for hire offers me 3 stars Hero which are useless to me.

    If I recall, 4 Stars only become available in Heroes for Hire once you reach a certain Shield Clearance Level.
    I don't recall what level that is though.  Unless something changes, you'll just have to wait until you've increased your Shield Level.

    Not the answer you wanted I'm sure, but it is what it is.  They gated 4 Stars for higher level players to try and "ease in" progression into 4 Star Land so newer players wouldn't skip the 3 Star tier completely. 

    However, as you've noticed there are still other ways for lower level players to get 4 Stars, thus making many of the gates to 4 Stars like this confusing and frustrating.
